What is the earliest I can Check-in?

Standard check-in time is 2pm. By arrangement it can be arranged if available. NO guarantees.

Can I arrive late?

Yes, please give us a call if you're wanting to arrive after 9pm. It can be arranged full payment must be finalized. Calls should be made before 8pm.

Do you have parking on site?

Yes, in front of your room you may park.

Are your rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all rooms at Frankston Motel are non-smoking.

Do you have a restaurant?

No, local restaurants can deliver meals to your room.

Do you have breakfast available?

Yes, we have light breakfast packs, “grab-n-go packs” eat in or take the pack with you when you on the go. Available in reception for a low price.

Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

Yes, free wireless Internet.

 Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

Yes, we have a garden BBQ area.

How close are you to the shops?

2 minutes by car to Frankston Shopping Centre with 1000 shops and more including Myer, Target & Kmart, PLUS Woolworths, Coles, Aldi and an Event Cinemas 15 Cinema Complex, bowling.

How close are you to restaurants?

We are within 2-5 minutes by car of number of restaurants and fast food outlets including Fratelli, La Porchetta, Nando's, Food Star all you can eat, McDonalds, Subway, Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster, Dominos Pizza, Chinese, Indian, Thai and Mexican and many more places.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 7 days, the full amount for all of the cancelled nights will be charged.

How do I guarantee by booking?

Time of booking Credit card details is required to secure room booking. No credit card booking will not be made.

Do you have a gym?

No, local gym nearby.

Do I need to present my credit card and ID for proof?

Yes all guests checking in Frankston Motel must present ID and valid credit card and must be the person on the booking form that is signing in. No credit card a security bond will be required $300 cash.

Who can use the pool and tennis court area?

Only the registered guest at Frankston Motel can use our facility.

Do you accept Group Bookings?

Group Bookings are welcomed; group travel for all kinds of groups, including sports clubs/events, business conferences, special interest groups, family holidays, wedding parties, hens and bucks weekends, groups of family friends or students educational trips.


Please make sure to book in advance to avoid disappointment; a deposit will be required upon booking. Full payment will need to be made before the arrival date.
